Chief Programming OfficeR
The Chief Programming Officer manages and creates all events for the Residence Hall Assembly with the purpose of building avenues for student resources, areas to form community, and generate lasting annual programming.

The Chief Programming Officer must live on campus for the 2026 Spring Semester and must be able to attend General Assembly meetings on Monday evenings (5:30-8:00 PM)
The following qualifications are not required but preferred:
Is able to work 15 hours per week, on average
Works well with others and has good communication skills
Can meet strict deadlines
Works on large-scale programming projects with attention to detail
Has ideas for RHA events and can execute them

Attends weekly executive team meetings, 1:1 delegation meetings, and external partnership meetings.
Leads the Social Affairs committee of 3-4 members
Manages RHA’s annual and large scale events

$7500 housing stipend for the residence halls
5 hour per week hourly pay (minimum wage)

programming assistant
The Programming Assistant supports the RHA President, Chief Advocacy Officer, and Chief Programming Officer with various logistical and administrative tasks related to event-hosting and programming.

Programming assistants must live on campus for the 2025-2026 academic year.
The following qualifications are not required but preferred:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally correspond via email, messaging platforms, and other communication tools when working with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
Experience coordinating venue reservations and navigating event logistics, including working with EH&S or similar services for insurance and compliance requirements.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple event timelines, track deadlines, and ensure all moving parts are executed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities include coordinating venue reservations, communicating with vendors, organizing event materials, and ensuring clear and accurate information to all involved parties, partners, and volunteers.

A $4,000 stipend will be paid in four quarterly installments of $1,000 each over a 10-month term, from August 2025 to May 2026.
