programming assistant

The Programming Assistant supports the RHA President, Chief Advocacy Officer, and Chief Programming Officer with various logistical and administrative tasks related to event-hosting and programming.

  • Programming assistants must live on campus for the 2025-2026 academic year.

    The following qualifications are not required but preferred:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally correspond via email, messaging platforms, and other communication tools when working with vendors, venues, and internal teams.

    • Experience coordinating venue reservations and navigating event logistics, including working with EH&S or similar services for insurance and compliance requirements.

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple event timelines, track deadlines, and ensure all moving parts are executed accurately and on schedule.

  • Responsibilities include coordinating venue reservations, communicating with vendors, organizing event materials, and ensuring clear and accurate information to all involved parties, partners, and volunteers.

  • A $4,000 stipend will be paid in four quarterly installments of $1,000 each over a 10-month term, from August 2025 to May 2026.
